Service-Based Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"679\" data-end=\"898\">Because AddEngineers provides <strong data-start=\"709\" data-end=\"740\">customized digital services<\/strong> (such as web development, marketing, branding, and consulting), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, as work involves time, expertise, and resources.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"900\" data-end=\"941\"><strong data-start=\"905\" data-end=\"939\">2.1. Non-Refundable Situations<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"942\" data-end=\"998\">Refunds will <strong data-start=\"955\" data-end=\"962\">not<\/strong> be issued in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1547\">\n<li data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1101\">\n<p data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1101\">Once a project has started and initial work (research, design, or development) has been initiated.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1152\">\n<p data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1152\">For partially completed or delivered services.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1269\">\n<p data-start=\"1155\" data-end=\"1269\">If project delays occur due to client-side issues (such as delayed feedback, missing information, or approvals).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1270\" data-end=\"1364\">\n<p data-start=\"1272\" data-end=\"1364\">If the client fails to communicate, respond, or provide inputs within the agreed timeline.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1365\" data-end=\"1442\">\n<p data-start=\"1367\" data-end=\"1442\">For any change of mind or decision to discontinue services after payment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1443\" data-end=\"1547\">\n<p data-start=\"1445\" data-end=\"1547\">For services or digital products delivered in full (such as website, creatives, campaign setup, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"1549\" data-end=\"1597\"><strong data-start=\"1554\" data-end=\"1595\">2.2. Eligible Refunds (if applicable)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1598\" data-end=\"1635\">A refund may be considered only if:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1950\">\n<li data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1745\">\n<p data-start=\"1638\" data-end=\"1745\">The service has <strong data-start=\"1654\" data-end=\"1675\">not yet commenced<\/strong>, and the client requests cancellation <strong data-start=\"1714\" data-end=\"1731\">within 3 days<\/strong> of payment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1746\" data-end=\"1846\">\n<p data-start=\"1748\" data-end=\"1846\">There is a verified <strong data-start=\"1768\" data-end=\"1798\">billing or technical error<\/strong> resulting in overpayment or duplicate charge.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1847\" data-end=\"1950\">\n<p data-start=\"1849\" data-end=\"1950\">AddEngineers is <strong data-start=\"1865\" data-end=\"1886\">unable to deliver<\/strong> the agreed-upon service due to internal or operational reasons.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1952\" data-end=\"2047\">Refunds, if approved, will be processed <strong data-start=\"1992\" data-end=\"2020\">within 7\u201310 working days<\/strong> from the date of approval.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2049\" data-end=\"2052\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2054\" data-end=\"2086\"><strong data-start=\"2058\" data-end=\"2084\">3. Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 data-start=\"2087\" data-end=\"2133\"><strong data-start=\"2092\" data-end=\"2131\">3.1. Project Cancellation by Client<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"2134\" data-end=\"2494\">\n<li data-start=\"2134\" data-end=\"2237\">\n<p data-start=\"2136\" data-end=\"2237\">A written request must be sent to <strong data-start=\"2170\" data-end=\"2195\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2172\" data-end=\"2193\">info@addengineers.com<\/a><\/strong> specifying the reason for cancellation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2238\" data-end=\"2336\">\n<p data-start=\"2240\" data-end=\"2336\">Any upfront or milestone payment already made will be treated as a <strong data-start=\"2307\" data-end=\"2333\">non-refundable advance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2337\" data-end=\"2494\">\n<p data-start=\"2339\" data-end=\"2494\">In case of prepaid long-term services (like monthly marketing retainers or AMC), the client must provide <strong data-start=\"2444\" data-end=\"2471\">30 days\u2019 written notice<\/strong> before cancellation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"2496\" data-end=\"2540\"><strong data-start=\"2501\" data-end=\"2538\">3.2. Cancellation by AddEngineers<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"2541\" data-end=\"2613\">We reserve the right to cancel any project or service in the event of:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2614\" data-end=\"2783\">\n<li data-start=\"2614\" data-end=\"2671\">\n<p data-start=\"2616\" data-end=\"2671\">Non-payment or repeated payment delays by the client.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2672\" data-end=\"2735\">\n<p data-start=\"2674\" data-end=\"2735\">Violation of our Terms &amp; Conditions or breach of agreement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2736\" data-end=\"2783\">\n<p data-start=\"2738\" data-end=\"2783\">Unlawful or unethical project requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2785\" data-end=\"2902\">In such cases, AddEngineers may retain any payments made up to the cancellation date to cover work already completed.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2904\" data-end=\"2907\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2909\" data-end=\"2935\"><strong data-start=\"2913\" data-end=\"2933\">4. Refund Method<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2936\" data-end=\"3116\">All approved refunds will be processed via the <strong data-start=\"2983\" data-end=\"3011\">original mode of payment<\/strong> (e.g., bank transfer, UPI, or credit card) unless otherwise specified.<br data-start=\"3082\" data-end=\"3085\" \/>No cash refunds will be issued.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3118\" data-end=\"3121\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"3123\" data-end=\"3159\"><strong data-start=\"3127\" data-end=\"3157\">5.
