At AddEngineers, we strive to provide high-quality services and client satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued and cancellations may be accepted. By availing our services, you agree to this policy.


2. Service-Based Refund Policy

Because AddEngineers provides customized digital services (such as web development, marketing, branding, and consulting), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, as work involves time, expertise, and resources.

2.1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Once a project has started and initial work (research, design, or development) has been initiated.

  • For partially completed or delivered services.

  • If project delays occur due to client-side issues (such as delayed feedback, missing information, or approvals).

  • If the client fails to communicate, respond, or provide inputs within the agreed timeline.

  • For any change of mind or decision to discontinue services after payment.

  • For services or digital products delivered in full (such as website, creatives, campaign setup, etc.).

2.2. Eligible Refunds (if applicable)

A refund may be considered only if:

  • The service has not yet commenced, and the client requests cancellation within 3 days of payment.

  • There is a verified billing or technical error resulting in overpayment or duplicate charge.

  • AddEngineers is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal or operational reasons.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.


3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Project Cancellation by Client

  • A written request must be sent to info@addengineers.com specifying the reason for cancellation.

  • Any upfront or milestone payment already made will be treated as a non-refundable advance.

  • In case of prepaid long-term services (like monthly marketing retainers or AMC), the client must provide 30 days’ written notice before cancellation.

3.2. Cancellation by AddEngineers

We reserve the right to cancel any project or service in the event of:

  • Non-payment or repeated payment delays by the client.

  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions or breach of agreement.

  • Unlawful or unethical project requirements.

In such cases, AddEngineers may retain any payments made up to the cancellation date to cover work already completed.


4. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment (e.g., bank transfer, UPI, or credit card) unless otherwise specified.
No cash refunds will be issued.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after the approved timeframe:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider first.

  2. Contact us at info@addengineers.com with your payment details.

  3. If the issue persists, we will coordinate with our payment gateway to resolve it.


6. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Any payment dispute should first be reported to AddEngineers in writing before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.

  • Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services and legal recovery of due amounts plus applicable costs.


7. Policy Updates

AddEngineers reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised version will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
